What To Expect

A moving consultant discusses your move with you, answers your questions, and reserves your move date at a competitive hourly rate.

Our operations team checks in with you a few days later to flesh out what we'll be moving and to answer any questions that you may have.

On moving day, we send you 2 or more professional movers and a truck with all the necessary equipment to do the job right.

Our driver takes an inventory with you of what we'll be moving, and you sign the necessary paperwork.

We carefully load the truck with your belongings, taking care to stretch wrap and pad your items for protection.

We drive with you, following if possible, to your new home or office.

You tell us where to place your furniture and we oblige.

We calculate the final bill and take payment by cash, credit or debit card (no checks please).

After your move is completed, we'll e-mail you a customer service survey to get your feedback.
