In 1973, two "starving students" could not find part-time jobs to pay their way through college. Ethan Margalith dug an old army command truck out of a mudslide and painted, "Moving? Call Starving Students" on its side. He parked the truck near a busy highway and the phone hasn't stopped ringing since.
Starving Students has grown into the nation's leading local mover, moving over 55,000 families each year. Starving Students currently operates 36 branches in 9 states with a fleet of over 300 trucks.
