Our Moving Consultant will discuss your move with you, answer your questions, and reserve your date at a competitive hourly rate
Our operations team checks in with you a few days later to flesh out what we'll be moving and answer any questions
Our branch manager then calls the day before the move to answer any questions you might have (Hey, people have a lot of questions when they are moving!) and confirm cross streets etc.
On moving day, we send you two (or three) movers and a truck with all the necessary equipment to do the job right.
Our driver takes an inventory with you of what we'll be moving and you sign the necessary paperwork.
We carefully load the truck with your belongings, taking care to stretch wrap and pad your items for protection.
We drive with you, following if possible, to your new home.
You tell us where to put things in the new place and we oblige.
We calculate the final bill and take payment by credit or debit card (no checks please)
After your move is completed, we'll e-mail you a customer service survey to get your feedback.
